Cook the Vitaplus+ Organic Quinoa Tabouleh following instruction on the packaging: Empty contents into a saucepan, add 700ml (3 cups) of cold water and 30ml (2 tablespoons) of olive oil. Mix well and place on the fire. Once boiling, reduce heat with uncovered saucepan; simmer for 15 minutes or until dry. Serve hot or cold. Add Fresh tomato, red onions, cucumber small dices, and Coriander leaves.
How to prepare the lemon dressing
Combine these ingredients in a jar and shake vigorously:
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons appel vinegar
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 tablespoon grated lemon peel
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 clove garlic, crushed
salt and freshly ground black pepper
Serve the Tabouleh and add the dressing to your taste.
